We are your go to boutique builder for new homes, granny flats, extensions, additions and renovations and commercial building work. Every build is directly supervised by the registered builder giving peace of mind that you are personally being taken care of.
We have a large variety of building experience from small wall removals to large extensions and renovations, this can be technically hard work and supervision intensive work which many builders would rather avoid.
If you are after a new home you are able to select from one of our own plans or with our inhouse drafting we can custom your own design. We do not source this work overseas but here from our office, you meet face to face with the team. We have a display room so you can see our standard range of products and colours.
We work from our sister company Black Slate Homes, our office is located from a c1898 heritiage listed cottage/office at 45 Canning Highway, East Fremantle, we have parking on the premises. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and most Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.
We are a friendly team and are willing to spend the time to advise and guide you through the building process with no strings attached, no pressure or hard sales tactics.
