Clarity Coaching was established in 2008, working with women is and has been my passion for many years.

What I have come to realise over the years is we quite often know what to do in our business but and it is a BIG BUT it is what goes on in between our ears. This can be energy draining and lead us on a path to nowhere. I have found the best way of supporting business women to find and improve clarity in and around their business is using a variety of techniques to identify opportunities.

As a Master EFT Practitioner, Accredited Strategic Life Coach, Business Coach, Law of Attraction Coach & Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioural Practitioner along with over 30+ years business experience, I use a prescriptive approach. There isn't a "one size fits all" and nor should there be.
Each of us are in different spaces and places in life and business. Our energy levels, our goals and our journey are varying, this is why it is a must as a helping practitioner to have a fluid and flexible approach to supporting an increase in energy and clarity around life and business.

Gaining thoughts and clarity can be elusive for some. I personally experienced a magical shift in my energy and self- worth through EFT, the shift was so significant within 14 days, I launched a new arm to my business and started living that dream. A shift of energy, clear thinking and clarity lead me on the most profound journey. From that moment, I knew I wanted to support other business women to share their passion, shine a light on their expertise and grow their businesses.

Clarity sessions can be group or one on one sessions. Group session intakes are four times a year and are small intimate numbers to ensure maximum outcomes and opportunities.
