I love supporting busy women to find the energy and desire to push the boundaries of their own potential - holistically, authentically, joyfully and sustainably 🌟

This starts with strategies for overcoming stress and getting off the ‘burnout bus’, before consciously proceeding into some awe inspiring uncharted territories 😲👌💕

I love challenging limiting beliefs and social conditioning, and hailing from a corporate background, I can be particular about values, purpose, strategy and alignment. Which is also great, given career related stressors are often the main contributor to burnout 🔥 (such as when we find ourselves out of kilter with our own values system to fit the culture at work)

Most of all, I love working on a heart level, and may even trick you into believing your empathy and sensitivity are your biggest superpowers 💥
